Kris Lawson is a dedicated and accomplished swimmer with 18 years of experience in competitive swimming. His journey began with the Bethesda Barracudas in the Montgomery County Swim League (Bethesda, Maryland), and he has since developed into an elite athlete specializing in sprint events.

Kris is also a passionate relay swimmer and thrives in team-based competition. Beyond the pool, he enjoys playing electric guitar and bass, skateboarding, practicing Muay Thai, and reading.
